  3. I am a senior & I can't afford most deductibles, tests, prescriptions or medicare+ coverage. A phone is not a luxury, everyone needs one for emergencies & work & kids can't go to school or do homework wo a computer, free libraries aren't free, they charge to use internet & how are people supposed to get there?
