  2. I live at DE beach, most of the time it's a false flag so we have become skeptics. There are more retirees & workers than rich so we can't afford to leave every time the news pitches a "disaster." Even if we have relatives out of state, it is almost impossible to get out due to road congestion, flooding, high winds. The state is not doing an adequate job of helping people leave. WHY don't they send free busses to all communities to drop us off as shelters? Yes, pets are family!
