  1. Deanna Delmar - NO! that is not the reason, nobody could spend that much money in 10 lifetimes. If they spent it in US, it wouldn't be as bad & if they were taxed at 90% like they did under FDR's New Deal the money could go to social programs to help everyone. INSTEAD They hoard the money in off-shore tax shelters which constipates the economy. It is a sickness, a mental illness.

  5. Desiree Salas - Legislation against monopolies is the only answer! BRING BACK SHERMAN ANTI TRUST ACT & CLAYTON ACT. Also, tax the hell out of corporations like FDR did to create infrastructure jobs. bOYCOTTING doesn't work wi amazon - they produce nothing! They are the middle man, only a distribution & marketing center. Do you realize how many products they offer? how many customers they have? How could you choose one product or 2 or 100? Even if you could organize a world wide ban, boycotting only hurts the small manufacturers on contract wi amazon - do you really want to put them out of business? If you boycott some of the services like t.v. where there is competition or Prime where other companies are competing but then you are subsidizing the same type of animal.
