  1. Not "leaders" they are "Cons" / reps for the MIC /Wars for profit. Young enlist because they're lost, can't get a job or afford an education. Serving their country gives them a sense of pride & hope for a better future. They have stars in their eyes not a lust for blood on their hands.

  2. We do need defense so military is important for nat'l security. But do it differently, invest in tech, humane border protection, R&D disease & climate are the greatest dangers.
