Will it ever be enough? this is a huge step forward for kids & parents - forget the so called dream act! undocumented students have no right to free tuition - they can wait until they apply for citizen ships and can speak English. agree that out of state students should pay more tuition. not everyone can get everything including single mothers yes, students should be granted the right to a take a full calendar year to complete the one year requirements.

  3. so maybe people should stop having babies until they can afford them? birth control is available & abortion is legal or get married or name the baby daddy for mandated support - there are consequences for having unplanned sex. adults realize this so anyone not prepared mentally to assume responsibility isn't mature enough to go to college or raise a child.
