I think the simplest would be a 5% VAT tax on purchases exceeding $20,000 like cars, boats, planes, vacation homes, golf club memberships & one of hillary's pantsuits, etc easier to collect with no way to dodge wi off-shore accounts. so if one bought a car for 25K only 5k would be taxed., directly deposited into special fund like FICA. Congress & all government employees would be subject to same medical program. The issue is that medicare for all doesn't really pay for everything so needs to be expanded to include prescriptions & all coverage wo need for additional insurance except optional like plastic surgery - trust me seniors like me struggle with co-pays etc

  7. that's what I think but put a limit like over $20K so middle class will pay some but only rich will pay fair share on shit nobody needs VAT tax would be simpler & collectible vs having lawyers find loopholes
