So why doesnt he send the charged killers of british citizen dawn sturgess to the uk after attempting to murder sergei skriplal with novochok? Or the litvinenko murder or many others committed on foreign soil. Funny how one of the 2 charged with the litvinenko murder got rewarded with a position in putins russian duma/mafia. Very much a "man of honour and who cares deeply for the rule of law". Yeh ok olga.
