@elmonteslim3711 They cant be obliterated if their are still free. So they are winning. Putins win was a 3 day regime change so hes deffo lost with that and so have most of the russian people as they dont have the true freedom that ukranians and other democracies have.. The russians who have fled and surrendered are the winners.
