@johnlesoudeur3653 How can you be neutral when its democracy and all the freedoms associated with it including a free press v putins imperial fascism with all those freedoms not associated with it.
13
Never mind russian missile strikes being close to the polish border. They shouldnt be firing them at all to target civilian infrastucture. Its a war crime. They shouldnt be invading and committing other war crimes either.

@alexanderkharin7036 Funny how theres no evidence of this but months of evidence of russia flattening villages, towns and cities in ukraine.
8
How about he thanked the ukranian military who were there with him in iraq as part of the coalition showing their solidarity with the US after 9/11. They even lost some of their people there.
4
How about a world recession and higher inflation for everybody if the conflict expands beyond ukraines borders. Same as the pandemic we just had. It would affect world trade as well. Plus the threat of nuclear weapons being used.
4
Better than having your country invaded, family blown up, home destroyed tho. Unless your into nationalism/fascism/putin etc.
2
Trump needs to remove that churchill statue behind him as he doesnt represent anything near what churchill stood for.
2
@richardlellip.e.m.b.a.7969 Not heard of the mineral deal then.
2
Starmer said that he contacted trump about this deal on saturday. Thats why he is going ahead with it. He also said it needs US backing of some kind. So trump would know all this and he must be happy with it otherwise starmer wouldnt have gone ahead with it. Maybe trump is deluded as well then?.
2
She also has to take some blame along with the EU for the open door policy regarding immigration. That is the single most important reason why the far right has become stronger all over europe. Something in which putin has tapped into and supported as well as the rise in nationalism worldwide.
2
Could do with more cultural and sporting sanctions. Too many russian people still not affected. It might make them think a bit more about whats going on. Bit like the sanctions that were put on south africa to get rid of apartheid there.
2
@tehpurplepills I prefer the UN voting 141 to 5 condemning russia for the ukraine war.
2
Well you would do if you support nationalism/fascism.
2
@kraiker9651 All irrelevent. Why do you support far right, cold hearted, selfish nationalist imperialism? Especially after 70 odd million died worldwide the last time some power mad imperialist dictators decided to create their own nationalist empires 85 odd years ago.
1
@amohamed4969 Who is living in a free and democratic country tho. If the west is so bad why does every immigrant in the world want to move here
1
Or the US gave the security guarantees that ukraine/zelenskyy wanted.
1
Why would you want to talk to the person who ordered the deaths of thousands of his people including 10k+ civilians. With 500+ of them being kids? Normal civilised people would never do that. Would they? Which dont say much about you then does it. Clown
1
NoYourWrong1 Saddam did have WMD as he used them against kurds and in iran/iraq war.
1
Dont do logic i see.
1
@adriankok Warmongers threaten and invade countries. Stop being a putin sheepie.
1
I dont know what parallel universe you live in but in this one NATO is not involved. Putin made sure of that by only going after non NATO countries. Chechnya and georgia for example previously as well as ukraine the past 3 years.
1
@uswvme862 He actually said we must have US backing of some kind. This is after contacting trump about the plan on saturday. Trump must be happy with what was proposed otherwise starmer would not have gone ahead with it.
1
Starmer stated at a press conference that he had contacted trump on saturday about this new europe led peace deal. He said that they wouldnt have gone ahead with it on the sunday otherwise. He also said that they need the US to be involved in some way too. So trump must be on board with this in some way. Maybe the mineral deal is the US involvement.
1
As long as ukraine remains an independant sovereign democratic state then putin has lost. He lost the war in the first few days of his failed regime change. All he has been trying to do since is save face by annexing as much territory as he can. Whilst at the same time bringing huge casualties on to his military. Just so as to satisfy his massive ego.
1
@jamieswithenbank1813 No trouble getting volunteers. Then why do they need north koreans. Why do they need to recruit nepalese etc etc etc. All of this irrelevent anyway. Why are you supporting far right nationalist imperialism?
1
@MaRkYs88 The aggressor in an illegal war is responsible either way. Thats why the western media will always target putin. And rightly so.
1
All dictators rant.
1
Lived through inflation in the uk during the 70s of always being over 10% and at times as high as 25%. Dont remember it being a bad time to be alive. Was a lot younger back then tho.
1
Where did you pick up that putin narrative? Yours is about the zillionth comment about it on here. So how much is putin paying you proxys.
1
I vote conservative. The UK has all the mainstream political parties supporting ukraine. I wonder what you vote? Let me guess. Something way out to the far right of democracy and all its associated freedoms. Something like united russia.
1
@remco6816 Dont bother mate their just neanderthal fascists. Democracy and all the freedoms that go with it forever.
1
@rohitkashyap7476 Sanctions are long term. putins russia dont have the freedoms that we enjoy in the west. Mohdis nationalist india maybe heading down the same route as putins russia. Enjoy your fascism when it arrives.
1
@thechosenone1533 The people are the ones that have to act. They are the majority. They fill the military.
1
@thelonegerman2314 Fascist dictators are the overlords. They do as they please. Western democratic leaders are elected and held accountable. The west/democracy only acts when it is attacked not whenever it wants.
1
@ellengran6814 UN vote on putin invading sovereign country. 141 vote against putin. 5 for. Half the world supports russia? In a parallel universe maybe. The russian speakers of DPR and HPR werent talkin in 2014. They were shooting. Along with there "little green men" friends with all their military hardware..
1
@ИринаЛукьяненко-ь3ъ Yeh you going back to socialism again. Though now its national socialism. Good luck with your complete isolation now from the free. world. I will stick on this side of the new iron curtain thank you.
1
@nobodyfromnowhere3597 Everything ive read say that sanctions are long term . 10 years or so.
1
Its perfectly natural if you oppose a dictator to go underground to fight him. There are already russians fighting his military in ukraine. Same as there are belorussians. Proof of this NRA s existence in russia will come if there are similar attacks that follow. Not just fires but more of these kind of bombings.
1
@Yodaploks They still need US support in some way but they never said they wanted funding. At a guess its likely the mineral deal. Maybe military intelligence as well as they are already linked together on that for joint security..
1
Ukraine has all party support so he does speak for the electorate.
1
The UK/starmer are going to raise defence spending to 3% in the next parliament. Their doing it by cutting foreign aid.
