  4. Course they are as ukraine is still an independant sovereign democratic state. Putins win was/maybe still is was to bring all of ukraine back under their control. Yanukovych was in belorus ready to be flown in if his special 3 day military "regime change" disaster had succeeded. I dont see ukraine under russian control at the moment. Do you?
