  5. She actually said it was what she had been told. If this bombing actually happened then why didnt putin take it to the UN as a war crime/crime against humanity. The UN has reports of crimes against humanity from both sides in the donbas region. The azovs,as well as the donetsk and luhansk peoples republics and their militias.
