  1. Why should the death of a single person call for reform of the entire system and it's regulations? The South Korean Military has a regulation against body modification during service, > anything < related to modifying your body is a mandatory forcible discharge, why is this suddenly a case to change that?

  2.  @taki1255  And it should be strict with regulations, it's a military, individuals paid by the people to protect the people. If the individuals you're paying to protect you don't have strict ruling on how to do it most effectively, why are they being paid?
