@oliverwilson11 Yes, but the technological advancements of WWII and later the Cold War are unrivalled throughout history. Going from turboprops to jet fighters within a decade, or unranged main batteries to incredibly accurate range finders such as what was on the Bismarck for example.

@adamdickinson2894 Most of them are blatant lies you know that right? Out of every single man, woman and child to serve in WWII you just so happen to find the son of a man who served aboard a very unpopular ship that was sunk in an event very few people know that happened and has absolutely no evidence to back up what they're claiming. This isn't probable in any sense of the word.
