  3. If people buy a boat to live on as cheap housing then they are mistaken, but as a cruising life style it is a bargain i think. I f the license for a CCer was 3k a year i think it is great value for what you get, could be better as in everything, but what a life you can have compared to living in a crappy town. Great video as always.
