Junk science. NASA have wasted billions on a cheap shot at discovering....NOTHING on an easy planet to reach. Satellite imagery from space told us water once flowed on Mars. Now they waste money looking for fossils. just a stupid waste of science and money. By far it would be better to do the difficult science that would actually make a difference to us on Earth and explore Venus. Earth will evolve into Venus, that is where research should be headed. Of course the Soviets have sent 20 spacecraft to Venus, and found it extremely difficult. Or even better, wouldn't it be better if we could find out by directly sampling the thin crust below our feet, instead of the indirect methods using seismometers. We have to rely on indirect methods, there are theories and developed a few hypothesis which is useless because there is no primary data to analyse to test the hypothesis.
