  1. Obviously VW are refuse to pay him money for his reviews, and that is why he slated the ID.5. Look at his Peugeot 2008 review in 2020....Matt stated he got 47.1 MPG during the review. I have owned the same car for 3 years and it has averaged 33 mpg. He DOES take bribes from manufacturers, and it is blatant. I will never trust any of his reviews....ever. Anything that is 'Go right ahead and buy it' is probably a fake review. I test drove 5 cars and also the ID.4 and the ID5. When I drove the ID.5 it blew all the rest out of the water...it was the easiest and most comfortable car to drive, the driving position is high - as good as the Kia Sportage. These Moto Journos are quite dim. If you spec and ID.4 up to the battery and trim of an ID.5....they cost the same. But these lazy journos just use the one copy and quite that.
