  1. Much of the German Tenancy rights exist in Scotland and are being introduced in the rest of the UK. Like everywhere else it costs a lot to live in a city. But where I live the rent for a 2 bed house is £450/month. Private landlord rents are higher, around 550/month. Everything is relative, and what works for one country - does not always work in another.
