  1. It costs 100% more to BUY than rent at the moment. Sell up, NOW while you are at the top of the market, and go rent a place for a couple of years. Property prices are going to collapse by 70% as the super bubble bursts. No inventory is the cry from the 2 percenters.......well as the US economy crashes in the next 12 months and you both lose your jobs as unemployment goes through the roof. You should have sold when property prices were HIGH. You think the US economy is great right now? RLY?

When gas hits $100\gallon, you will be biting the dealerships hands off to buy an EV. Unfortunately, you fascists DO NOT get to trash the planet by polluting the atmosphere burning Hydrocarbons to make a vehicle move.
