  1. The perfect way to have clean air in California is to tax ICE vehicles to the hilt. It makes perfect sense, and it works. China had horrific smog in their cities just 5 years ago, they don't have it now. To have an ICE car you got to pay a 10,000 registration fee and wait 18 months, if you buy an EV your registration is immediate and a 7000 discount. Think of the poor children breathing in your cancerous ICE engine car fumes Dan....how can you be so CRUEL....
