  1. You cant say that! It IS a 3rd World way of collecting taxes, every other country does it efficiently, NOT the US...they have to let the natives THINK they can cheat on their taxes. Every transaction is going digital, the IRS do NOT need CDBC's to see every dime you spend. While the Treasury quietly take paper bills out of circulation and burn them.
