  1. Yup, hit the road jack. These properties as you walk by - are multi million dollars. Easily washed away by a moderate Tsunami. You only need to look at Fukushima Prefecture to see how easily the sea washes these properties away. That is the problem with people on the West coast, just because they have not witnessed a tsunami in their lifetime. Yet, historically they ae very frequent. Best bet would be a slip on the Aleutian arc...that would sweep down the West coast...Bigly..

  2. Ah the old AriBnB ploy...lol. In the UK, the Govt forced AirBnB to hand over the income details from each property to the Inland Revenue (your IRS). What happens in Europe gets transported across to the US. Do you think the IRS is NOT going to follow what the Inland Revenue just done. It is low hanging fruit - ripe to get picked. The US Govt needs a new revenue stream.....
