There are 100,000's US Expats living abroad with a higher standard of living, better food, where safety is assured, no guns, and a better quality of life. Enjoy your retirement and visit the US every few years or so just to remind you what a sh^t hole it is....

  3. As opposed to: Paying 2700\month rent - or you could take out a mortgage that costs 5000\month on a house that is going to drop 50% in value in the next year. The cost of renting is about half the cost of buying. When property prices crash...THEN you can move away from renting and consider BUYING. rjtalks has all the Zillow an Redfin data.....on the rent or buy prices..

  6. Yup James. There is a Vid on YouTube on how Finland ended homelessness. But most Americans still live in the 1800's. Everywhere else in the World they look after each other, NOT the US.
