The article you posted about the House Builders, also had the MBA sticker on there, The Mortgage Bankers Association reported their LOWEST weekly figures for Mortgage Loan Applications of 170\week. The last time these figures was so LOW was in 1995. This is the death knell for Property prices. When Low inventory and Low mortgage Applications are in Sync, there is no movement on property prices. But inventory is slowly rising as FOMO but investors are dumping their portfolio while prices are good . As other investors jump ship, inventory will explode and it will be a race to the bottom. This is happening NOW and by the end of the year, the collapse will be in full swing. This isn't people with 10 properties, its the people with 500 -2000 properties. This happened 2012 and is repeating now.
