The banks will just NO longer accept cheques or money orders as a means of payment. That happened to us in Europe 12 years ago, and every bank closed 80% of its branches. If you have a relative or spouse that works in a bank branch, sorry, but they will be made redundant. The banks have to cut the loss making sections of its business to keep profitable.
