  1. The steel and aluminium rim have corroded together. Another way I have fond works is to spray with a mild acid - white vinegar, leave it overnight id you can. It will dissolve the aluminium rust powder locking the 2 together. Or you could hit the breaker socket with a sledgehammer! A miss-hit can severely damage your rim, or it shoots out and hits something else.
