  1. Unbelievable! These jokers have forgotten what happened in 2008 when the largest bank in the World by balance sheet nearly collapsed because they had ZERO capital? The Govt had to step in and become the main shareholder after shares hit 0.17c. The capital buffers ensure the big banks have liquidity. You know when ANY of the big 4 banks in the US are requesting LESS REGULATION, they are in serious financial trouble!! The banks that DO want less regulation, short them NOW. Move your assets elsewhere.
