What caused the 1930 depression wasn't the Stock market crash, but protectionism. The same thing is happening now. US protectionism, protecting US jobs. Only this time around, people have sop much more to lose. they will lose EVERYTHING. In the 1930's there was not the 300 million firearms there are now. Prepping will NOT save you, indeed it will make you a target. But, a prepper is mincemeat for a hardened criminal.
