  2. That is true of US buildings and codes. You do not have that in Europe, the houses are built to last 400+ years.

  3. That is why the segue at the start is crucial. People bought into the property investor garbage. It still has to play out for the country. Florida is just the entrée. You don't have properties rising by 45% in 3 years like 2020-23 without it crashing to the sub basement....lol.
