  1. No one wants to use an Air-BnB anymore. it is cheaper and cleaner to us a hotel at present. But got to love the melon-heads still crying 'Where is the crash you been promising'.. Its coming, and lags 4 years behind the recession. This is a good thing as it lets you unload your portfolio while prices are high. Give it 6 months and you lose everything. Including your freedom.
