  1. Many of these 'Investors' abused the loan system in their hurry to feed on the greed tree. Even with 200 properties, their empire will fold, the judiciary will see them as another SBF and they will spend a lot of years in prison. Its the little guy with 200 properties that will suffer the most when the reckoning comes.

  2. Such a shame you do not understand what is happening. The bubble was fed by the treasury. It is too late to do anything if you are a small scale investor of a few tens of millions. You will end up with NOTHING. People cannot comprehend the scale of the 1930's depression. No one living can remember how bad i was. This one is different, you have 100 million starving people armed to the teeth in the US. No amount of prepping will save you. Indeed you will be the first to be fed upon with your abundant resources.

  3. It is ALL fraud and when the economy collapses, there will be a price. That price is prison time for these Investors that lied on legal documents and defrauded the system. Someone has to take the fall and it will be the little guys with 200+ properties that gets hit the hardest.
