  1. They got out and sold their inventory 6 months ago. Blackstone defaulted on a $500m Retail investment last month, they just handed it back to the bank. Just over a year ago they defaulted on a $600m office block in New York, If you default on a property they pin your A $$ to the wall. If Blackstone defaults, - they just walk away.
