  2. The property problems are an EFFECT, not a cause. The Cause is the 33 Trillion the US has defaulted on. When the countries sell their dollar denominated bills, this will push US interest rates into the 35% range. When that happens, you will see real global pain. what you guys do not realise is that China became the World's No1 economy in 2008. It was China's QE that lifted the World out of the GFC. It is China and it gold backed Central Bank aligned with its BRICS companions that will destroy the US economy. When you have the US stock exchange only really dealing with 7 companies, you know its a loaded game. ALL the Us Tax Dollars and 33 trillion debt is used to artificially keep the stock exchange inflated. When the Treasury does not have the resources to manipulate the US stock exchange, it will crumble. It does not matter if you are an SP500, Apple or Tesla investor, its gone baby.
