Retail crime is out of hand, and criminals are not being punished. Who can blame the people if they have no food. No kidding, but the US is in a terrible place right now. The economy is tanking, everyone is distracted by property prices. But the real worry are hungry people with no money and easy access to guns. Your 'Open Carry' is useless when you are dead, cos someone shot you in the back.
