  1. You did NOT listen to what RFK said about 3% mortgages. This was tried very successfully i the UK, to get young people on the bottom rung of the property ladder. First time buyers below 30yrs get a cheap mortgage...THAT is the part you do not understand RJ. If there are no first time buyers, there is no property market. Preventing large companies from buying up residential real estate is easy. Tax them to hell and back. If you have one or two homes, that's ok. Any more than that, tax the living carp out of them. Taxation will level the playing field. Oh you do not like that? You want to make a lot of money in property...aw shucks...NOT gonna happen.
