  1. These losers been living on Refin for the past 10 years thought they had it good.....they cant get anymore cash out of the cow...it is empty, and their house is gone. The low interest rates of the past 10 years, people were torching their property with a Refin flamethrower, it was like never never land.....The bank owns the property now.

  3. Nope, the likes of Blackrock have already exited the US property housing market. They are waaaaay ahead of the ordinary investor, the poor people that are cannon fodder for the big guys. Someone has to be left holding the bag, and it certainly is NOT going to be Blackrock.
