  1. It was already a giant housing bubble BEFORE 2020 and due a lot of correction. Then from 2020 to 2022 the US housing market blew up by 47% as people sat at home and thought it would be a good time to get a mortgage and buy a property at stupidly inflated prices. Well, its already burst, the people just don't know it yet. We could see in 2007 it was getting bad, and yet nothing happened, then BOOM....the crash happened in 2008. This time, no one has lived through what is about to happen. If you are in stocks, you will lose everything. If you are in property management, you will lose everything. The only place your money is safe is spreading it around as many large banks as you can. Yes you will lose a good portion. You may lose it all on one asset class, or bank.
