  1. Tell me again how your property is only going to increase in value due to lack of inventory. The US banking system is folding, and the bank cull is only just beginning. The bigger the BUBBLE, the bigger the POP.... All it needs now is the BIG ONE to let go....or perhaps San Andreas to slip bigly.... A LOT of people are going to lose EVERYTHING. and only a few with deep pockets are going to win. The home owners that dump their property NOW, will win bigly. Leave it 2 months and its not going to be pretty. The explosion of people that bought in a 46% super-bubble during 2020-2022 will lose everything.

  2. Nope, Powell needs this massive bubble to pop.......its been expanding since 1994. You forget China drives the global economy now, they overtook the US in 2008, But you only believe the US. Govt and Media propaganda..... BRICS have their Central Bank with Gold backed liquidity. The US has only IOU's...which are just being recalled .....Half the global population are ditching the dollar.
