The squatters re-instate the utilities, it gives them proof of possession.

It is certainly one way of levelling the playing field. Giving power to the poor and dispossessed. The Property is empty you say? With record Homelessness in the US... it is a good move. You guys concentrate on the negatives to much, now families can have a roof over their head courtesy of some rich dude with more money than common sense. It is bound in US law, and if the previous owner tries to evict them, they are committing an offence and they will be arrested. They cannot kick the squatter out. There is a solution though. There are people, for a fee and a written lease of the property will ait till the squatters leave the property and they go in and change the locks ands throw the squatters stuff outside the property. If the cops are involved the people that moved in have a lease...the squatters do NOT. You do get rid of the squatters though.

@crsv7armhl Not according to the law. As for the screwing, it is you that gets screwed. The law is on the squatters side. Remember you own NOTHING, it is the Govt's land and they only change the tenant. You own nothing. I had to say it 3 times as you appear to be rather dim.

Are you THAT dim?? RJ i not interested in giving you information, he only needs you to watch it, and he earns cash.....the more controversial the more he earns.

Unfortunately, your words are those of a moron. The homeowner will find themselves behind bars. The squatters will move into the 1st home when he is in prison.

Well, it is a move forward to solve the homeless situation. Like every other US law it is fair and just. You do sensationalise the topic in your vid dude. We all wish we had vacant holiday homes that lie empty.
