  1. The Unfolding is slow this time, but change there is.... All those dodgy loans during 2020 when the RE rose by 46% in 2 years. Gravity will pull it back to 2003 levels. That was when the last great RE bubble was supposed to burst. It DID NOT. A mortgage is a legal document and a lot of these 2020 loans, they were less than honest filling out the loan application. A lot of these flippers will not only lose their properties, but will end up in prison. The first indication will be Banks going bust. The FDIC just has to let them fail, they could drag the whole US banking sector down. Grandma Yellen will NOT allow this to happen. The poor performing banks will go under.

When you do, and you ask your lecturer where he got his info...the ANSWER is EXACTLY what I wrote 'Go do your research'. Far from being unhelpful...I am being VERY HELPFUL. Honestly, get away from being spoon-fed and go do research. Now - THIS one I did take some time to author... I hope you find what you are looking for. I used to work in Banking and these Bloomberg fees are quite high for research papers.

  4. Nope, the Govt gave out too much money during COVID. The extra money caused the inflation and the FED has to deal with it. You are a financial lightweight, but if you watch and understand these Vids, you will get up to speed. If you watch other sites, they will be junk...that is where your ideas come from.
