  1. Quality content Waldo. Do not compromise your content, keep up the high standard. We do not want rubbish vids every week...that is for lesser channels! Its a Jag, and its in good shape. They tend to have electrical problems, and corrosion from road salt does not help. They are a nightmare, and not very many on UK roads nowadays. My buddy had one and it wouldn't start, it was the immobiliser cutting power to the fuel pump. Possibly the Aluminium panels and the steel chassis combo.

  3. What happens in Europe gets transported across to the US. The UK Govt forced AirBnB to disclose to the Inland Revenue (IRS in the US) the transactions of EVERY Air BnB property for collection of taxes. That should be a nice earner, all that undisclosed income bypassing the tax regime, NOT any longer. The US Govt is strapped for cash, they borrowed $ 1 TRILLION in July alone! Any govt can only get more tax revenue in 2 ways: 1. Increasing taxes. 2. Hiring more tax inspectors. The US Govt will do the same as the UK Govt and force AirBnB to disclose their clients earnings for every property. Them, the extra Tax Inspectors will go to town chasing all that juicy income and backdate it to when they started hiring out their homes. That is when you will see previous AirBnB owners selling their properties to pay the back taxes to the IRS. Nothing the Govt hates more than TAX CHEATS...once the Bean Counters get on your back - its game over....

  4. Dimon was saying in May that mortgage rate could be as much as 10% by the end of the year. We thought is was a wild exaggeration! Now it seems a definite possibility. The Israeli/Palestinian conflict is a lot worse than imagined as well. Already Qatar are considering halting oil and gas exports to Western countries, which is a problem, they produce 75% of global LNG products. This is like a Gulf of Tonkin engineered conflict. It happened as Winter approaches in the Northern Hemisphere and will reduce the Western Developed countries economies to dust. This is NOT good. Dimon was playing the geopolitical tensions down this time. The next 6 months are going to be hell for the US and Europe.

  5. It always was impossible. Unfortunately, when the economy suffers like it is NOW, its not going to be good at all. Shortly, there will be a lot of hungry people out there with no jobs and lots of guns. Hunger does not produce good hosts...

  6. Nope, Rental prices are at 50% of mortgage values. This means that, if your mortgage is $7000\month, you only get $3500 in rental income, and you still have all the bills and taxes to pay. You should look at rjtalks, they sync Redfin and Zillow data into their database every month. Currently it twice as expensive to buy a property than it is to rent it. Like every US property bubble that bursts, its not every region gets hit a the same time. The drops take 4 years to work their way through the system. the GFC property crash didnt end until 2012. You may NOT see any drops in your area NOW, but give it a couple of years an re-evaluate.

  7. Another source of a leak is his co-workers. I have seen that happen as they prank someone, Throw some coolant and water under the car just before they go home... One of our bosses was telling us he just had a puncture fixed and he was worried that is wasnt done correctly. He should not have told us that. At Lunchtime one of our co - workers told him his back tyre was flat. So he stormed out to his car, he was cursing and kicking the tyre. Until he looked up at the office windows, we were all lined up laughing like hell. He understood quickly it was a prank. we had a tyre inflator and pumped his tyre back up. Sometimes its not a fault at all. 😀😀😀
