  4. arresting a child to criminalize him/her at such a young age for being a child . some children do get into fights . while it is not the type of behavior that any parent should encourage in their child , what they should encourage is for that child to stand up for them selves . like this story says , because the child was being bullied . now with a bully of a president in the white house ,i guess it is open season on others .however had i been arrested when i was a child for fighting i dont believe i would have ever seen the free world thru out my entire schooling years . this country has become a nation of scared people .
