  12.  @saramarshall2957  99.999999999 percent of the time when police departments investigate one of their own, the result is "we find that the officer acted within the bounds of policy and protocol" unless there is a civilian that has their camera phone recording. it is OUR DUTY to know the laws that protect us. IT IS THE DUTY OF THE OFFICER to know the law they are meant to enforce. not to mention, you should be also asking the question when and why did they go from being called peace officers to law enforcement.

  14. i can tell you what lead up to this, you are trying to take away a mans home. squatters take over someones home thru illegal means, and it can take almost a decade to get them out, all while they are destroying the home because it is not theirs and they dont care. we have a houselessness problem in this country and they want to take this home because of MONEY. that tells you what it is really about. you have to pay to pay. they want their money, and they dont give a damn how they take it from you in every other example we as Americans would die to defend our home and family within that home. all i see is this is exactly what this guy did here

  20. I truly feel of this family ,even if this gentleman's actions were illegal the NYPD commissioner himself said it was a choke hold . These l.e.o.'s should lose their jobs and be brought up negligent homicide charges , for the simple fact they were negligent  in their duties "to protect and serve ", not intimidate and murder . There is no excuse good enough to justify the actions of these officers . The only things will change in the way police officers deal with the public if to start holding these officers responsible and to bring charges against them just like any ordinary person .
