I truly feel of this family ,even if this gentleman's actions were illegal the NYPD commissioner himself said it was a choke hold . These l.e.o.'s should lose their jobs and be brought up negligent homicide charges , for the simple fact they were negligent in their duties "to protect and serve ", not intimidate and murder . There is no excuse good enough to justify the actions of these officers . The only things will change in the way police officers deal with the public if to start holding these officers responsible and to bring charges against them just like any ordinary person .
