like always which is why every police department in the country should have a civilian oversight committee and any member on it can not have ties to law enforcement in any way, which includes family members

@saramarshall2957 99.999999999 percent of the time when police departments investigate one of their own, the result is "we find that the officer acted within the bounds of policy and protocol" unless there is a civilian that has their camera phone recording. it is OUR DUTY to know the laws that protect us. IT IS THE DUTY OF THE OFFICER to know the law they are meant to enforce. not to mention, you should be also asking the question when and why did they go from being called peace officers to law enforcement.

@jlv3x usually ? we have begun to see more outrage as more and more cops have been caught doing pure dirt, and i was not shocked to see it has been more and more black people catching them
