in a state that is constantly having budget issues, great job taking more money away from the state. not to mention now everyone is going to be able to put every piece of garbage and bubble gum fixed trash on the street . nice job

@FeliciaVincent-v4w exactly. so any thing that is being held up with duct tape and bailing wire can be put on the road, and in this sate with the insurance rates we currently have it is only going to cause more problems. but read into the bill more. you will see how much more it will cost people out of pocket than it does now
