  1. we are having help rebuilding from RESTORE LOUISIANA and they are demanding we get flood insurance, which living on a fixed income i cant afford. it would literally take my entire monthly check to cover the payment every month and i would still be short. i know people whose insurance is almost double of the house note, and they cant sell their house because they are still upside down on it because of the extreme rise in insurance
