  1. its not just New Orleans. here in Thibodaux my bill went from 140.00 one month to 350 the next month, and cause of the heat my ac hasnt shut off for 3 months. for May and June i had no bill cause they said i was over charged. how can they tell me im not being over charged again ? how the hell can my bill more than double , when nothing in my house has changed. but this is a company driven by greed. so good luck getting an answer
