  1. didnt something like this start a wildfire in California after Ida utility companies said they had never seen the like referring to how close trees were allowed to grow near power lines and that trees had not been cut back one guy told me their sate legislated power companies to maintain the flow of energy to customers by keeping service line free of near by trees by up to 20 feet from the power lines
