  1. well excuse me ,but you are an adult at 18. according to the law. so why would anyone with a brain deny an adult with no criminal record to own a weapon. the very same thought can be said for drinking.

  2. i agree with you. a gun is no different than a knife or a saw. it is like any tool. someone has to pick it up and use it for it to do something. there has never been a report of a weapon just firing its self. that could increase the penalties for any crime involving a gun  @barkmaker

  5. so anyone with no knowledge of fire arms, and a clean record can walk into a store an buy a weapon, and not have any training for that weapon.

  6. as well as for those with non violent felonies. but at the same time we know what happens then. the legislature come along and adds non violent felonies to the violent felony list
