  1. non violent felons are still prohibited from owning or carrying a firearm. in some cases i even know of some that have been arrested and charge for carrying a taser for protection. or even a pepper ball pistol

  2. there are many felons out there convicted of non violent felonies. once their time has been served thru probation parole or what have you. ALL their rights should be restored. including the carrying of a weapon. the supreme court has ruled, EVERYONE has the right to constitutional carry.

  4.  @majorlagg9321  there is none that i am aware of, i wish there was no it would not, it's called the supremacy clause federal law supersedes state law. even if you got your rights to own or carry by the state, ATF could still come AND ARREST YOU FOR IT

  5.  @captainjoesanglingadventur4894  the last time i saw a 18 year old walk into a store to buy a pack of cigs and some beer is when i did it. you know before they passed some stupid age restrictions. if you can join the military to be trained to be the most efficient killer in the world, then you should be able to buy a beer. same thing with any job. if you are adult at 18, no one has the right to tell you what job can can have. i dont care if it offends your morals. the second you are willing to trade off a persons freedom so that someone else's precocious morals dont get offended, you no longer have freedom for anyone

  6. consent decree. no to mention underfunded, because of tax breaks handed out by the legislature.but without that funding they cant even really dangle highering bonuses that rare really worth anything
